What is PADI’s SD to OWD upgrade?
It’s simple to go from PADI Scuba Diver to PADI Open Water Diver, which will give you access to much more of the underwater world. Your new certification as a PADI Open Water Diver may be obtained by simply completing the following with our qualified instructor team at Shamandura Diving Resort in Sharm El-Sheikh. - 2 theoretical lessons to increase your diving knowledge
- 2 sessions in restricted water to hone new diving techniques (in a pool or in a clear salt-water lagoon)
- 2 open water dives to practice your newly acquired abilities, going down to a maximum depth of 18 meters
We provide all the mandatory gear including mask, snorkel, fins, regulator, buoyancy compensator device (BCD), signal marker buoy (SMB), wetsuit, dive computer, tanks and weights. All your study materials and card certification fees are included as well.
